ONE MANDATE, AS RECORDED · 27 JUL 2026

We were the first customer.

Before Fahim ran anyone else's company it ran ours. These are working notes, not case studies: where a number appears it was measured, and where we assumed, the assumption is stated in the same size as the claim.

A cabin inspection tracker built by Fahim: total inspections, average pass rate, total findings and average failed items across the top, then charts for pass-rate trend, findings by section, findings by severity, and open versus resolved. A sidebar lists two further applications it built — a flight operations log and a GIS flight operations dashboard.
Software Fahim wrote, running an operating company's work. Three applications for one business — this tracker, a flight operations log and a GIS dashboard — none of which existed before it was asked. The data is early and says so: three inspections logged at the time of capture, nine findings between them. A small honest number beats one a reader catches you hoping they'd miss.

STORY 1 — THE LEAD STORY

One sentence in. A working system out.

We asked for a way to collect applications — resumes attached, a summary of each one, somewhere to track them. That was the whole spec. Here is everything that happened next, in the order it happened.

ALSO RUNNING

Three more, briefly.

One story told fully beats three told halfway, so these are stated and then left alone. The status on each is the honest one, not the flattering one.

The booking that books itself

A booking arrives on our own calendar page. Fahim, running as the principal, conflict-checks the calendar, creates the event with a meeting link, and writes a plain-language note to the inbox. Zero approvals on the happy path, every step attributed. What it replaces is the back-and-forth nobody measures because everyone absorbs it.

live

The mandate that wouldn't drop it

“Get this meeting scheduled.” Fahim emailed, waited, nudged, escalated when genuinely stuck, and checked the calendar before calling itself done. The interesting part isn't the email — it's the verification before completion, and the mandate expiring at close. Multi-day autonomy with a defined end.

Trusted before it was sold

Operating companies inside our group run Fahim on live commercial work — businesses with their own clients and their own revenue. Not arms-length customers, and not a demo: the group trusted it with real operations before anyone outside was asked to buy it.
